Future Planning and Activities
• Firmly establish a representative IT sector council
• Develop a Baseline Labour Market Profile if the PEI IT sector
• Consult and meet regularly with key stakeholders to discuss events, issues, and initiatives
• Lead projects that provide sector-based labour market information to understand current and emerging HR issues
• Create and facilitate and Education and Professional Development Committee
• Increase awareness of the industry through public education of the sector
• Develop a Year 2 and 3 Business Plan for future planning
